Embroidery is a long-standing and high-quality approach to making logos images on textiles. Nowadays, it can also be performed via automated machines that weave threads with high spatial accuracy. A characteristic feature of the appearance degree anisotropy. The anisotropic behavior caused by depositing thin but long strings thread. As result, stitched patterns convey both color direction. Artists leverage this enhance pure textures, illusions motion, or depth cues. However, designing colorful embroidery prescribed directionality challenging task, one usually requiring an expert designer. In work, we propose interactive algorithm generates machine-fabricable from multi-chromatic equipped user-specified fields. We cast problem finding stitching pattern into vector theory. To find suitable pattern, extract sources sinks divergence field extracted input use them trace streamlines. further optimize streamlines guarantee smooth connected pattern. generated approximate distribution constrained field. allow for artistic control, trade-off between match interactively explored intuitive slider. showcase our fabricating several paths.
